It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has direct access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the green surroundings. The rental price includes: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a parking space for one car in front of the house. The great advantage of this apartment is the walking distance to the beach (400 m) and the proximity to the city centre (400 m). Novo Naselje is in the south of the city of Poreč, in the immediate vicinity of the Brulo hotel complex, 300 meters from the city center and only 200 meters from the city beach.
