Charming, one-bedroom apartment with two small balconies overlooking the garden. The air-conditioned apartment is equipped with a double bed in a separate room and a sofa bed in the living room. WI-FI and Android TV provided. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment as well as complimentary coffee and tea in the kitchen. Guests can choose for the best suited pillow from our free pillow menu. Basic washing and personal care products are also available. We are pet friendly!

The nearest beach is less than a 5-minute walk along a pleasant forest path, but if you prefer to drive, there is on-site parking. A promenade along the sea with numerous smaller beaches leads to the center of Njivice (20 min walk). You can also walk in the opposite direction to Malinska. At the very beginning of the trail, there is a beach for dogs. In the center of Njivice you have several restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops and smaller shops. There is also a green market, a post office and an ATM. Larger supermarkets are located at the entrance to Malinska and Omišalj, but for quick shopping there is a local store just a minute walk away from the apartment. If you are wondering which Krk sights to visit? Be sure to take a walk through the historic centers of Krk's small towns (Omišalj, Krk, Vrbnik...). Dive into the past and explore archaeological sites (Mirine – Fulfinum, Garica...) Discover Franciscan monasteries immersed in nature (Košljun, Glavotok). Get to know the rich Glagolitic tradition of Krk (Bašćanska ploča, Jurandvor, Bašćanska staza Glagolitic). In addition to its rich past, Krk will delight you with its numerous natural beauties. Don't miss a walk along the interesting educational paths and promenades (Mjesečeva staza, Baška; "Put lokava" trail, Poljica). Take a bath in healing mud in Soline, visit hidden coves and beautiful beaches (Oprna, Stara Baška; Vela plaža, Baška) and small islands around Krk, and you can cool off by visiting the Biserujka cave (Rudine, Dobrinj). There is also a freshwater lake near Njivic that you can tour on horseback... Fun fact for architecture buffs: The Njivice - Kijac residential area (which the apartment is a part of), is an award-winning 1979 project by renowned Croatian architect Julije De Luca, and is seen as one of Croatia’s finest examples of critical regionalism style from the early 1980s.
