Hello! My name is Melanija and I'm offering you a fully restored modern apartment just 100m from the sea and the old city entrance. It has a beautiful and unique sea- and cityview. On foot, it only takes 3 minutes to reach the beach. The same goes for the historic centre, his main square and all his contain (supermarkets, pub's and restaurants). Further you will get a completely free parking place and regarding the location of the house you don't even need to start your car before departure. Each room has an individual air conditioning and SmartTV (1x 58" and 2x 32") with direct LAN connection. Obviously the Wifi isn't missing. The bathroom is wide and comfortable. The shower has a size of 2sqm with instant hot water. The apartment is ideal for 3 person + 1 adult/child on the extendable sofa. During the hot and shiny days you don't have to care about your car as you can park it under the car port. If you wan't do barbecue, don't hesitate to do so. You have a nice area under the fig and olive trees to spend your hours with your friends or family. If you like you have also a garden shower available. Have a nice trip and see you hopefully soon!
