Demo apartments are categorized with three stars. Located in a peaceful and quiet village Sikovo. Sikovo is placed in the background of Adriatic highway ( Jadranska magistrala ) and the Biograd riviera which contains a colourful, little and famous summer place Sv. Filip i Jakov. There are three apartments. Two apartments that can recive up to 2 persons and 2 children, have their own balconies. The third apartment is for only 2 persons. Every apartment has all the neccessary equipment, starting with modern decorated bathroom, practical mini-kitchen, to terrace from which the eyes can see up to 70 km towards Ravni kotari on one side, and mount Velebit on the other side. There is a dining room included in the kitchen, but the guests can also eat on the terrace. Every apartment also includes a TV, and one of them has a satellite receiver. You can also use a barbecue behind the house, and a swings for children. The parking is in the front yard of the house, included in price.

Our main advantage is our domestic atmosphere and hospitality, where each guest individual approach, but there are common and evenings playing cards with domestic wine and a few snacks, but also respect the wishes of those who do not socialize . Until now we had no complaints, only praise the return of our old guests every year.

The environment is mostly quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Nicely arranged environment catches the views of the passengers both daily and during the night. There's a little village farm with a lot of domestic animals.
