My name is Nikola, and I am the proud owner of this house. Along with my wife, I maintain the property and rent out two apartments located on the first floor of our home. After spending 45 years living an entrepreneurial life in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, we decided to return to my birthplace, the small village of Verovići. We renovated the house and created a little peace of heaven for ourselves here. We love hosting and take great pleasure in preparing delicious meals, tending to our garden and olive trees, and enjoying good company. Welcoming guests from around the world brings us joy, and we are dedicated to making their stay with us pleasant and memorable.
The village of Verovići is a charming, secluded spot nestled within the National Park Krka. While it offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, it’s conveniently located within driving distance of larger towns like Skradin, Šibenik, and Vodice. Here, you can fully immerse yourself in the peace and quiet of nature.
