Property info

Villa Simoni Apartments is a family run business operating since summer 2004. Perfectly located, just 3 minute’s walk distance from the old town and all the noise and hassle. But still, very conveniently just behind the ferry port, bus station and the train station. On the opposite side, also 2-3 minute’s walk distance is the most popular sand beach in Split, Bacvice. There is a free public parking in front of the house in the case You are coming with Your own vehicle. In our offer we have rooms and studio apartments, some of them overlooking the sea and the old town. There are double, twin, triple and quadruple rooms available, suiting all Your needs. If You are coming as a group, there is a common room in the lobby for all of You to hang out together. Our staff is here to answer all Your questions, don't hesitate to contact us at any time! Neighborhood info

City Split is quite popular for its transportation units. All of them are located in the city center. Ferry port, train station, bus terminal and buses to the airport (25km distance). We are located few hundred meters from all of that, including the city center. Also, the best sand beach Bacvice is 3-minutes walk distance. Everything is walk-able and no additional transportation costs are needed if You stay with us, thus we have free parking in front of the house.
