Set in the centre of Medulin just 200 metres from the seaside promenade, Apartments Terra Solaris offers modern-style accommodation and free WiFi. There is a sandy and pebbly beach 700 metres away. We have an individual approach to each guest. And you can contact us in advance to discuss the details in advance. We provide tourists with everything they need for both short-term stays - 2-3 days, and long-term vacations of 1-4 weeks. Inside our apartments you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. You do not need to take anything with you. 3 years ago we introduced an additional service - breakfasts and we pay a lot of attention and effort to ensure that our breakfasts are varied and delicious. Our rates include accommodation with or without breakfast. The client's desire is a law for us. We are here to ensure that your vacation is comfortable and without problems.

Our facility is unique in that it is run by people who love their work, love this profession, love this country and make the stay of guests as comfortable as possible. Various modern apartment designs and home comfort are a pleasant addition to this))))

Neighbourhood information

We are located on one of the main strategic streets of Medulin, in its very center - in a very quiet place, surrounded by lush vegetation. Near our complex there are restaurants, a bakery, an ATM, a hairdresser, a medical center for tourists and a grocery store. You can walk down to the sea in 7 minutes. Our city and its surroundings have a very large selection of beaches that meet the needs of both guests traveling by car and cyclists or tourists who prefer walking. From the windows of our apartments you can see the sea, or private Istrian houses, or green gardens.
