Property information

Only a few minutes away from the old town of Bale and yet quietly located is the Casa Ninetta. On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and open, very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The large 3rd bedroom on the first floor of the house has a separate entrance and its own bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a large games room on the first floor with a pool table and table tennis. In addition to the 4x7 m outdoor pool, there is plenty of space to relax in the 600 m² enclosed garden. The covered barbecue area invites you to spend cozy evenings at the grill! The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Neighbourhood information

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer. Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
