Rooms are located in beautiful secession building from 1905 near city marina. We fully renovated our property into three rooms. Interior design is neo-classical with modern details wishing to leave impression of life as it was before. Two rooms (green and blue) have a sea view and you can watch the most beautiful sunset from the window. Flat is on 3rd floor without elevator. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We would love to help you get the best holiday experience at our city.
Rooms are located in part of the city called Voštarnica or old name Ceraria. It is quiet part of city with only bridge coming between noisy center. Only few minutes walking distance. Our rooms have view over city marina and peak of Poluotok. It is so relaxing to watch ships coming and going outside the marina. Also you can get stunning sunset every day jut looking thru window. If you want to experience something different walk around marina and get on the small 5m long boat with "barcaiolo" that connects land and Zadar half island. If you want to eat nice and fresh food (fish or meat) on walking distance around 500m you can come to restaurant "Harbour" and enjoy your meal by the canal. I also prefer just to take a glass of fine red wine there.
