House with pool and two modern and separated apartments just 50 meters from the sea and the beaches. House has a private parking lot with 5 car spaces. Every apartment is equipped with Internet (Wi-Fi) access, air conditioning and satellite TV. Space House is located in island Ciovo, Mastrinka. Just 2km from centre of old town Trogir which is listed on the UNESCO world heritage sites. House has two modern, separated apartments with a capacity of 11(13) peoples. All furniture is brand new and in modern style. Both apartments have an Internet connection, air conditioning and satellite TV. Smoking and pets are allowed. In house yard, there is a swimming pool with a large sunny deck. Located just 50 meters from crystal clear sea this house is perfect for family vacation. Enjoy the peace and quite rocky beaches or just relax on a large balcony or make some great Dalmatian's meals on a huge barbecue - a decision is yours. There is also a private parking lot with space for 5 cars, also included in the price. Guest access House has a swimming pool with a large sunny deck. Also, there is outside grill with a big table for 12 persons, terrace and balcony with table.
Hi, I'm Antonio! I'm from Split and I am very friendly, sociable and trustworthy. Also as host I am highly organised and responsive. The place I rent is beautiful house just 50 meters from sea in Trogir area. It is located in island Ciovo, Mastrinka just 2km from center of old town Trogir which is listed on the UNESCO world heritage sites. I am also CEO at Locastic, a software company from Split, co-founder and organizer of Shift conference, the biggest start-up event in our region. So, I also travel a lot and meet new people on a daily basis. I love to spend time with people and really enjoy good company. Hope to meet you somewhere :)
Antonio’s home is located in Mastrinka, Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. The Neighborhood is quite and peaceful. House is just 50 meters from the sea, second row from the sea. You can buy groceries in the market which is 5 minutes of walking distance from house same as two very nice coffee bars. You have several very nice beaches in walking distance from the house. Getting around Bus and boat station to the city of Trogir is just 50 meters from apartment. Airport is 15 minutes by car. Also if you need we can arrange transfer to bus or airport for you.
