The bedrooms are connected by internal stairs, Important note: the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom in the attic (two separate beds) are not separated by a wall and a door. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances. A beautiful covered terrace with a table for chilling and deckchairs next to the private pool will delight the visitors of this beautiful, carefully decorated holiday home. Svetvinčenat is located in the central part of Istria, on the Pazin-Pula road, surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards, the widely known castle of the Grimani family, churches and a beautiful bell tower.
