In one of the oldest settlements south of Omiš, in the old village; Lokva Rogoznica, stands proudly an old historic house (House Darijo) which, despite the time, has survived all the changes and 2019 was completely renovated. Now, she offers its guests the opportunity to feel the breath of the history in peace and quiet that surrounds her. Lokva is an old place that dates back to the 13th century and was once a central place to all surrounding settlements. It is located on the slopes of the Dinara with center of the village wher we can find the church of BDM at 260m above sea level. House Darijo, which is on even higher elevation, situated on the slopes of the mountain by itself, built of old Dalmatian stone, offers a magnificent view on the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. The modern interior, which blends in well with the old core, consists two and a half floors (90m2 in total). The ground floor has a terrace, sauna, jacuzzi, and one bathroom. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a living room where two persons can be accommodated on extra beds.
