Lovely villa 150 years old, with fully (2022) renovated interior suitable for modern way of living and parking place free of charge. Highlight feature of interior is authentic stone wall 150 years old. The villa has new modern kitchen with electric cooktop, smart oven, dishwasher, range hood and washing machine, coffee machine NESPRESSO essenza mini… Every room has high quality 4 K LED TV with flat screen. The villa has kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom with hair dryer and complimentary cosmetic kit, 2-bed room on second floor and 3-bed room on third floor as an “en suit” with directly connected bathroom. On third floor is terrace with beautiful view. Every bedroom has air conditioning, there is free WI FI and cable TV (Total TV and satellite programs Eutelsat, Hotbird, Astra), plus free NETFLIX, HBO MAX and SkyShowtime…
