Everything you need is within easy reach: a local market (Bakmaz) is only 2 minutes away, a shopping mall and green market just 3 minutes (City Gallery) by foot, and a 24/7 pharmacy is a short 5-minute walk. The nearest public beach (Kolovare) is a pleasant 15-minute stroll. Guests enjoy the convenience of free private parking.
