One minute walk from the coast, in the center of the old picturesque Mediterranean town, this property is owned by the family Definis for over 250 years and is now renewed trying to keep the spirit of old times with old furniture, pictures. The most important thing is to provide the atmosphere of old Mediteran.

In retirement, I moved from a crazy city to this little paradise to have a little ranch with olives and to rent two apartments in our family house which is very old ( 17th century ). I look to offer a good atmosphere and much love to our guests.

In the 15th century town of Sutivan, you will find a lot of historical buildings and churches. There are 2 restaurants with Mediterranean/national food and 1 "konoba"/tavern, known as one of the best small restaurants on our coast. There is also 1 pizzeria and several cafe bars. Already famous for attractive festival Vanka regule and events of sports character, Sutivan is becoming one of leading bike-friendly destinations in the region! By taking advantage of its winds, Sutivan takes its guests on roads imaginatively called the Levant, Maestral and Tramuntana (Croatian names of the winds)! These roads, thanks to various scenes, scented island air, constant song of crickets, and endless richness of Brač’s heritage, offer truly inspiring rides, which will be gladly ended in some of the local restaurants, cafés, and apartments, also adapted for cyclists’ needs. Enjoy yourselves on roads inspired by Sutivan’s rose wind! There are over 300 km of routes and a great way to learn about the culture and heritage of the island, visit some forgotten eco-ethno villages and olive and wine trails. There are several routes from Sutivan to the highest peak.
