U neposrednoj blizini plaže i samo 300 metara od centra grada sa privatnim parkingom i besplatnim WiFi. Smještajni objekti su klimatizirani. Uključuju i terasu.
Vlasnik je ljubitelj mountain bikinga pa ukoliko dolazite sa biciklom posjedujemo i sigurno spremište.
Tiha i mirna četvrt, ulica je zatvorenog tipa i nema prometa.
