Hi, my name is Iva and I live in Pula. I always enjoy welcoming guests and making them feel at home. I love traveling myself, so I know how important it is to have a comfortable and carefree stay – that’s why I paid special attention to the details in the apartment: from premium beds that guests consistently rate 10/10, to the coffee station and the sea-view terrace. I’m always happy to share local tips about beaches, restaurants, and trips – all the little secrets that only locals know.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area by the sea, just steps away from Valkane Beach and the Lungomare promenade. Nearby you’ll find local restaurants, seaside cafés, and shopping mall Max city across the apartment. Pula city center and the famous Roman Amphitheatre can be reached in 5 minutes by bus from a bus station that is in the back of the apartment, while the surroundings offer plenty of cycling and walking trails, olive groves, and wine routes.
