The host lives nearby. *This newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with its beautiful garden and private parking space. Apartment for 2 people, measuring 45 square meters, offers living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa and access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower / WC and separate toilet. Air conditioning and WiFi are available. *Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: Pets are allowed, please specify when booking. If you are coming with more than one pet, please make sure to ask when making a reservation. Additional payment for the stay of pets is 8,-Eur/ per day
