Property information

House is located in small tourist town Šilo on the island of Krk . In this house there are 4 separate apartments with different capacities. House has 3 floors and sea view from every apartment. There is available private, spacious parking 50 m from the house . House is surrounded by a small yard with gardens and barbecue. Every apartment is functionally equipped and has everything you need for your stay. Also, property owner live in the same house, in the basement and is available for the guests in case of any problem.

Neighbourhood information

Šilo is a tourist place located in the northeast of the island of Krk, opposite the town of Crikvenica. There are many beautiful, different type beaches (pebble, sand, concreate). Apart from beaches, in Šilo you can find everything you need for perfect vacation- peace and quiet, markets, several restaurants with local dishes, caffe bars with beautiful see view, bakeries , promenades, sport fields, farmacy, doctor and dentist and much more. Main advantage of this facility is its location- house is located in the center of place Šilo, less than 50m from the beach. Everything you could need is nearby (walking distance) but still it is quiet.
