Cosy holiday home in the quiet part of the old town Vrsar, Croatia, Istria. Very comfortable living room in the ground floor with practical all-in-one kitchen and bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms in the first floor. There are two bedrooms with one double bed each and one bedroom with two single-beds. Very clean with guest friendly details.
For the Summer season: Vrsar Marina (the port) is 100 m away, all types of beaches and swimming areas in 300 m range, free of charge. All types of water entertainment are available: sups, pedolins, toboganns, jet skis and many more. Outdoor playgrounds for families with the children.
All season (360 days) offer: biking areas, rent-a-bike, walking and running areas, tennis playgrounds, outdoor table tennis and other sports facilities. Many sport events during all year in the region.
Food: variety of restaurants with delicious Istrian food (fish, pasta, truffels).
