Property information

Secluded holiday home Leonardo is located just 20 meters from the sea. Capacity of the house - 4 accommodation units with a total of 15 beds - allows for larger groups. The house is clean and modern. At the house there are two stone outdoor grills that you can use during your stay. The road leads from the mild hill and steps directly to the pier. Next to the house (about 100 m) there is a nice pebble beach with a gradual entry to the sea. During your stay, you can take a trip to the beautiful Pokrivenik Bay, which is about 1 km from Zaraće Bay. The last section of the way to the house is on macadam. Upon arrival, you can park in the parking lot 5 meters from the house. If it is full, there is another option for parking 50 meters from the house. The owners of the house are not present in the house, they visit the house according to clients' needs. *You should not miss this information* Limitations of electricity in the building: »Electronic devices can be charged anytime during the day »There are standard sockets in the property »None, there is 220/230 V electricity in the property Limitation of water use »In case of bad weather, the water is not heated by solar panels, but electrically, so hot water in the building is always guaranteed. Capacity of the tank: »25000 Water restrictions: »drinking water »hot water does not depend on the outside temperature/ on the sun »water is warmed by solar energy (solar panels) A length of arrival on macadam: »50 m Important Information »Parking is 5 m from the house. If the parking lot is full, parking is available 50 m from the house. It is possible to drive to the house and deposit luggage. We recommend to bring: insect repellent, bottled drinking water
