Welcome to our cozy and thoughtfully designed room – the perfect retreat for two in the heart of Opatija. Ideally located in the city's most highly rated area, the room is just steps from a beautiful beach where you can enjoy stunning sunrises. Relax by the crystal-clear sea, sunbathe on the pebbled shore, or unwind with a drink at a nearby beach café. Just around the corner, you’ll also find a casual restaurant within the Marino Cvetković Sports Hall, offering tasty meals at affordable prices. Though compact, our room is modern, functional, and ideal for a short stay. Whether you're here for vacation, business, or simply passing through, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The room includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and an LCD TV with Netflix access. You’ll also find a mini fridge and electric kettle, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea whenever you like. A special feature is the private entrance and a spacious shaded terrace with a lovely sea view — ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a glass of wine. Please note: Pets and children are not allowed in the room. We offer guests a free parking space nearby (cannot be booked in advance). In the public garage Marino Cvetkovic is a car wash where you can wash your vehicle! Nearby, you can explore the famous Lungomare seaside promenade (9 km to Lovran) or hike the forest trail Carmen Sylva (5 km).
