Ovaj šarmantno uređeni apartman sa tri spavaće sobe i terasom sa pogledom na vrt nalazi se na samo 3min od uređene plaže i obalne šetnice sa restoranima i dječjim igralištima.
U sklopu objekta gostima su na raspolaganju klimatizirani smještaj, potpuno opremljena kuhinja, roštilj, besplatni Wi-Fi, satelitska televizija i dva privatna parking mjesta.
Do samog centra Šibenika je 7.3km, a udaljenost do najbližeg aerodroma Split 49km. U blizini se nalaze i nacionalni park Krka i nacionalni park Kornati.
Brodarica je smještena na samo 5 km od Šibenika. Ovo mirno naselje kao stvoreno za odmor sa obitelji,ponosi se čistim morem te prelijepim pogledom na okolne otoke.
