Spacious apartment in a residential building in a quiet neighborhood near local beaches. Nearby there is a green market, shops, coffee bars, a bank and a post office. You can easily and quickly reach the city center and other attractions by the city bus. The one-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with free parking space nearby. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with all the necessary appliances. Start your day relaxed with a morning coffee on the spacious balcony and then take a stroll to the nearby beaches.
