Welcome to the NEW Luxurious VILLA MEL I in downtown Podgora, Located on the FIRST ROW ON the WATER! Perfect location with all the restaurants, beaches, shops, and nightlife at your door! This four bedroom, five bath home is very spacious with an oversized Roofdeck with a Rooftop Pool overlooking the ADRIATIC SEA!
We are looking forward to your stay! Our group villamelcroatiacom will everything possible for you to enjoy your stay. Our staff can assist you with your holiday planning.
You are in the center of all - sea and beaches are right in front of the villa. There is an abundance of great restaurants, shops, and coffee and wine bars just few steps away. There is free parking for 2 cars. If you need the space, please let us know. We are also about 50m from taxi and bus stop. If you feel adventurous there is water taxi (30m away), jet ski, and boat rentals (30m). Daily excursion are also available to the surrounding area and islands.
