The Villa is situated in the small, peaceful, town of Dubravka, in Konavle region. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking views of the ocean, the valley, and the renowned Sokol Tower. This unique stone house was originally built in the 19th century, and it has gone through a complete gut-renovation that offers you an unforgettable experience and privacy. The Villa can comfortably host up to 8 people. All bedrooms have temperature control (AC/heat) and there is free wireless available on the property. On the ground floor there is a dining room and a gorgeous, fully-equipped, kitchen as well as an outdoor terrace with a BBQ. There are additional amenities such as a wine cellar, sauna and fitness center. On the second floor in addition to the living room, bedroom and bathroom, you can relax on the spacious outdoor terrace for sunbathing with wonderful views and spectacular sunsets. On the top floor there are an additional 3 bedrooms. There are bathrooms (3 total) on every floor. The property also features a Jacuzzi and a heated pool situated just above the villa, that is available year round.

The boat will drive you to 3 beautifull Islands, all around Dubrovnik, a blue cave, a sandy beach, a nice restaurant where you can have lunch..We really recommend a boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast much as possible.
This breathtaking Villa is located on an ideal location, 30 km from Dubrovnik, 17 km from Cavtat, 14km from Molunat, 14 km from the Airport of Dubrovnik and 7km from Gruda, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, the post office, restaurants and cafe bars. We highly recommend that you visit Sokol Tower, a short walk away from our property. Visits to Mostar and Montenegro are also notable. Only 2 km from villa is restaurant with homemade food. Free parking is provided right in front of the Villa. We offer van and private car transfers to Dubrovnik and other locations on your request. If you are coming with a plane, we offer a transfer from and to airport (extra fee).(We have private driver with van.)
