It is located in a small and quiet village Naklice and only 7 km from the best beaches, restaurants and a lot of activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning.. Come and enjoy this very well-organized and luxury-equipped Apartment Villa Škura. Apartment VILLA ŠKURA is located on the first floor and the whole floor is just for you (the only floor that is renting), the owner lives on the ground floor and has a separate entrance on the other part of the house so you have private and separated entrance and absolute privacy inside and outside. The pool and summer house is just for your use and you will have total privacy at the pool area where you also have a fully equipped summer kitchen (+toilet+shower+TV) where you can enjoy dining and relaxing all day. The apartment has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and both with en-suite with shower / 1 bedroom with two single beds / 1 bedroom with two single beds and one sofa bed, a family bathroom with a tub, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and exit to terrace, TV, Air-condition, and satellite TV. Here you can enjoy the natural environment, try seasonal fruit and vegetable that the owner will provide for you. Enjoy pool, and natural shade at the pool area where you have a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, all just for your use - private.
