FOR YOUR SAFETY SANITIZATION AT EVERY CHANGE OF GUEST The apartment is fully sanitized according to current government regulations and for this operation there is an interval of 24 hours for each change of guest . FLEXIBLE RESERVATIONS WITH REFUND OR EXCHANGE DATES. The apartment has been recently and totally renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a second bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms. The ceiling is that of the historic Hungarian buildings, 4 meters high. The furniture is trendy and uses design elements . The plants and services have been made with top-level materials. The atmosphere combines the modernity of the furnishing project with the typicality of the Hungarian .Every comfort has been thought for the tourist. HD cable TV with international channels. In summer you will have perfect air conditioning and in addition ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Internet Wifi access. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as kitchen towels. Each equipment is present in the kitchenette: oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster kettle, washing machine etc

Beautiful house of 55 sqm located in a historic building at the beginning of the Andrassy Avenue on the side of the Daek Ferenc square (the Andrassy Avenue was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site). The boulevard is the most elegant in Budapest and leads to the Heroes' Square and the huge Varosliget park. All international brands are present as well as all the Embassies of the city have their headquarters in the boulevard Andrassy. Restaurants, bars, monumental tea rooms, all within a short distance, as well as the Palazzo dell'Opera (150 meters) which in its exterior facades can compete with the Opera Garnier in Paris. The apartment is located 50 meters from the Basilica of St. Stephen (the famous cathedral of Budapest), 300 meters from the Danube and the famous Chain Bridge, at the intersection of the two most tourist districts (the 5th and 6th ). The intersection of 3 underground lines is 100 meters away, so you are in an absolutely central position to visit most of the sites on foot or use all public transport in Daek Ferenc square.
