Company information

In 1990 I began my real estate business in the city, which was later expanded by building a condominium. The MEMOREX name will still be familiar with all the places even though the crisis has swept our company in 2010. Today, dozens of demanding condominiums, building renovation / reconstruction links to me and my small team. An investor friend - knowing my work, my maximism - has entrusted me with the design of the aparthotel, which I was pleased to meet with my colleagues. He moved out of town, so when I was in charge of the accommodation, I was very pleased to accept it. Now I'm trying to be a good host! ;)

Property information

Our Aparthotel was built on the first floor of a charming historic building built in the last century by transforming an existing apartment with the help of interior designers. You can find us direct on the main street of Kiskunfélegyháza! In the most beautiful downtown area of Kiskunfélegyháza - Kossuth Lajos street - at the corner of Deák Ferenc utca - we opened our small hotel, which is located on the first floor of the building of the house of Imre Zámbó. The building itself was built in 1908, one of the city's most important sites. In our aparthotel, you can enjoy our nice apartmans. We are not the cheapest, but the most demanding accommodation in the area! We have a real downtown location with a balcony overlooking the city's main street rotation! In 2018 we opened our new apartments in Kiskunfélegyhára downtown, in Petőfi Sándor street 3. next to our main square!

Neighbourhood information

100 meters from our aparthotel you can find the PATRON Café and Bar, where you can enjoy the best Lavazza's coffee and 50 types of beers, but there is a cake shop and SPAR store on the other side of the street, Restaurant - Rose Garden - is located there, but all other services are only just 100-200 meters away! We hope to see you soon!
