ALSÓÖRSÖN Lake Balaton-side 35 sqm studio APARTMENT FOR RENT with private bathroom. Max. 4+2 people (sofa/extra bed). Excellent for families, friends, couples, anglers, sailors, suppos! Festival venues, beach, yacht harbor-marina, train station, center, grocery store 5-10 minutes walk away. In a natural environment between the bike path and the lakeshore. 10 sqm sunbathing pier and 5 sqm fishing pier (1 person/2 rods or 2 people/1-1 rod). If desired, there is also the possibility of using a boat for feeding. Additional fishing opportunities in the Marina 500 m away or on the Alsóörs beach 800 m away. Fish cleaning and fish storage can be arranged in the garden and in the apartment (summer kitchen, outdoor fish cleaning, sink, freezer). Separate entrance, winterized independent studio apartment with refrigerator-heater air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, shared garden use, garden fireplace and kettle grill (with beer benches and long beer table), outdoor sink. Free bicycle use for up to 2 people. The landlord can stay in the upstairs apartment or in the caravan at the end of the garden; there are no other guests at the accommodation. The use of the 10 sqm sunbathing jetty and the 5 sqm fishing jetty is at your own risk. Studio apartment with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven, tea and coffee maker, toaster, hot sandwich maker, kettle, food processor). 2 double beds, 1 extra bed/sofa in one air space.
