Szolnok belvárosában, mégis csendes környezetben helyezkedik el a társasház, amelynek I. emeletén található a teljes körűen felújított tágas és világos apartman. Az utcán 8.00 - 18.00 óra között hétköznap parkolási díj fizetendő, az udvarban rendelkezésre áll ingyenes parkolási lehetőség.
