The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the center, i.e. approx. 700m, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with family houses. Parking is free on the street in front of the apartment. Safe neighborhood, no thefts or break-ins. The apartment has a yard and a lockable gate, so it is suitable for parking motorcycles and bicycles. The building has been completely rebuilt inside and out, so the equipment of the apartments is also new. All rooms are air-conditioned. All three apartments were completely new and opened for guests on July 4, 2023. The equipment is modern and youthful, our mattresses are comfortable and 18 cm thick, so they ensure a good night's sleep. The owner lives next to the apartments, so he can be more easily available to guests.
