Centrally located, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment in Budapest's 7th district is located in an 1890s building on a quiet, traffic-calmed street, just two blocks from Grand Boulevard. Sights & nightlife within walking distance. Tram and trolley stop in 2 min. Metro 5 min, Keleti train station 10 min. Sheets, towels, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, LED TV provided. AC available free of charge. Guest access to the whole apartment. It's only you who stays there. Niether myself, nor other guests. Flexible check-in and check-out time based on availability. Late check in at any time, even in night time. The property is a non smoking one. Therefore, please refrain from smoking in the flat. If you wish to smoke, please use the courtyard in front of the door. But please consider the neighbours if talking while smoking. Please save the environment by turning off the lights when not at the apartment. This also helps us keep the price low. Thanks! No special house rules apply other than those of your home.
