The common area is build around the patio and includes the dining area, kitchen (use only granted by request) and bean bags by the plunge pool. Read a book or relax in the heritage-with-a-twist living room. The terrace in front of our house is an ideal place for afternoon tea.

A fully renovated heritage B&B/ homestay in an stylish Dutch colonial house. The minimalist patio features a plunge pool (jaccuzi) and bean bags. Every room is tastefully decorated with work from local artists, and the comfy beds give you a perfect rest. Two double rooms and two rooms with 4 single bunk beds are available. The Patio is located in quiet area yet in the heart of the old town. All main events and eateries are at walking distance. The Patio is suitable for solo travellers, couples.

Neighborhood info

Our neighborhood is literally the heart of the old city center. Main attractions such as Sultan Palace, Water Castle, The Alun-Alun squares, famous local eateries (jalan wijilan), are at walking distance. Malioboro shopping street at 5 minute walk, cafes and fancy restaurants at the Prawirotaman street involves a 15 minute walk.
