Luxury, Bright, Escape, Spectacular Views over Dungarvan Bay towards Helvic and Waterford - Fab at night time overlooking Dungarvan Bay with our fire/ stove lighting. This is our new build summer house (2020) and has number of windows and glazed doors to allow daylight to shine in all day . It is fully insulated and very comfortable. We have sky TV and wifi and lots of space to WFH. We have SUP's our garage you can use if you want to go stand up paddle boarding.
I am originally from the local area but now living in Dublin and this is my summer house - I will be available by phone for your stay - This is our summer house so I have a local lady that looks after it who can call to you if any major issues.
This is a beautiful home located at the end of the Ring peninsula, with spectacular views from all the main rooms of Dungarvan Bay and the Comeragh Mountains. Helvick Harbour, Sólás na Mara seaweed baths and a swimming cove are all on the doorstep. 15 minutes drive from the house are Dungarvan town, with its many restaurants and bars, three 18 hole golf courses, the Greenway walking and cycling path and Ardmore town. 5 minute walk to local pub and bus at doorstep to Ardmore & Dungarvan.
