Property information

Grove House is nestled in the Ballyhoura countryside of north cork just outside the rural village of Shanballymore. It is one hour from cork city and 25 mins from Mallow , mitchelstown and fermoy. Grove house offers complimentary self service Tea/ coffee to all guests. We do not offer Breakfast or food but guests are most welcome to use our magnificent fully serviced kitchens for the duration of their stay. Guests can relax in tranquil relaxation rooms and enjoy strolling in our beautiful landscaped gardens. There is a local link Bus service in the village that connects with Mallow train station and Mitchelstown.

Neighbourhood information

Doneraile court and majestic heritage estate is 6 miles away. The house was home to 13 generations of the St ledger family over 3 centuries. The house towers majestically over the glorious Doneraile park, a 160 hectare landscaped parkland and wildlife estate. . Blarney castle is 45 minutes and Killarney is one and a half hours drive. Our neighbourhood has several local walks and renowned for the ballyhoura mountain bike trail.
