This refurbished cottage has a cozy open plan living/kitchen/dining room. The living area also includes a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Modern bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The cottage offers three bedrooms which can accommodate up to six guests. Conveniently located within a short drive (5km) of the towns of Ballinamore, Drumshambo (15km) and Carrick on Shannon (20km).

Enniskillen Lots of activities available - Explore Ballinamore’s scenic canal walks, angling spots, and historical sites, including Fenagh Abbey and Glenview Folk Museum, all rich with heritage. Explore Drumshanbo’s charm with scenic Shannon Blueway boardwalk trails, water sports at Lough Allen, Arigna Mining Experience, The Shed Distillery is one of the top visitor attractions in Ireland and plenty more. The Marble Arch Caves are approximately 45 kilometers (28 miles) from Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim, about a 45-minute drive. Located in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, they offer stunning underground caves and geological formations and also on that same route the Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail (also known as the Stairway to Heaven) is about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from Ballinamore, approximately a 45-minute drive. This popular trail leads to stunning views over the Cuilcagh Mountain and surrounding landscapes. So much on offer in our area including Lough Key Forest and Activity Park Boyle which is about 3/4 of an hour drive well worth a trip
