The property has been furnished to a luxury hotel standard and the position, directly on the Green, is prefect. There is a private, sunny, directly south facing patio and more than 35 restaurants within 200 metres. The apartment has been rented to many guests over the years and most of the bookings are from repeat guests.
The hosts have designed and maintained the property to the standards of an owner, so this is not a typical rental property. Everything has been thought of for the comfort and convenience of the guests.
Malahide is an exclusive Dublin village, about 20 minutes by fast train from the city centre and 15 minutes from the Airport.
