There is good parking available right outside the cabin which is secure and benefits from 24hr security. The cabin is a very quaint and quirky space with open plan living space including dining table, 6 chairs, kitchenette and sofas. The bathroom and main bedroom are downstairs including a double bed and the upstairs mezzanine level is accessed via a spiral staircase and has 1 single futon bed and 1 double futon bed. The cabin is very warm and cosy with a rustic feel. Patio doors lead outside to outdoor seating area overlooking fields and trees. It is a lovely peaceful setting. In the field there are our Dexter cows who are very friendly and inquisitive. There are plenty of local walks available, across a field you will find our nearby Turlough which is a small body of water. Wildlife is plentiful here with foxes, buzzards, swans, ducks and kestrels. We pride ourselves on wildlife conservation so you will see wildflowers in the fields and plenty of hedgerows and bramble areas to help with birds nesting.
Castle Taylor woods are a 10 minute walk away which are lovely, here you will find ancient woodland paths, lots of wildlife including squirrels and the ruins of Castle Taylor house which is spectacular.
Venturing further afield we have Coole Park woodland walks and coffee shop, Kinvara village with Dungaire Castle and head through the Burren wildlife reserve to the Wild Atlantic Way on the Coast Road along the West of Ireland.
