The two bedroom property is set in a secluded quiet area with wooded walkways close to amenities, buses and shops. Drive in parking in the private front garden, seating in the real garden. Full modern kitchen/dining room, living room and bathroom (with bath). Free internet throughout. TV.
Shay has been working in short term holiday rental for 25 years an is familiar with the requirements of holiday makers and busy working people.
St Annes is a quiet leafy cul de sac in Dublin city. It is well designed with open grass spaces and wooded walkways. All of the residences are two story red brick houses each having a private drive in and are occupied by single mature people or couples and there are also a few small young families
