דירה מהממת על טיילת החוף הדרומית בנתניה עם נוף לים וירידה לחוף הים במרחק הליכה של מספר דקות. בדירה יש מטבח מפואר ומרווח כשהכל כפול לבשר וחלב. פינת אוכל, סלון, מרפסת, 3 חדרי שינה, חדר ארונות ו2 חדרי רחצה ושירותים נוסף. בבניין יש סאונה, חדר כושר, חדר פינג פונג וכמובן יש את חוף הים שהוא ממש ליד. מקום מרווח שמתאים למשפחות, עם המון מקום לבילוי ביחד.
