About this property

Sea Executive Suites is located on the Herbert Samuel Promenade in Tel Aviv, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Each suite comes with free Wi-Fi and a balcony. All suites at the Sea Executive are spacious and feature a satellite LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Beach towels are also provided. The Sea Executive features a 24-hour gym with sauna, as well as a lounge with complimentary coffee. With a beachfront location, the suites are also just a 10-minute walk from the Dizengoff Center, and 15 minutes from the Habima Theater. Ben Gurion Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

The serenity of waves on the one hand, and the vibrant nightlife on the other, create the ultimate vacation mode. A short twenty minute walk from Old Jaffa, Rothschild and Tel-Aviv Port, and surrounded with Cafés, restaurants and bars – We are lucky enough to be located in the heart of Tel Aviv. Our Tip: The most popular lunch venue amongst our staff is Jessica, a restaurant-bar along the shore, about three minutes' walk from the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation.

Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

The apartment is cleaned before arrival, with fresh towels and bed linens provided as the number of registered guests.

Mid-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning service or extra linens/towels can be requested in advance via WhatsApp for an extra fee.
