The property is located in one of the finest areas of Mussoorie Landour which is quite close to Chaar Dukaan and Lal Tibba which are considered areas of outstanding beauty and a famous tourist spot which is a must visit to serene natural beauty just less than 1 mile and its 25 minutes walk to Mall Road and Picture Palace and on the route to Kempty Falls or Dhanaulti. Its located on the main road and is at the road level which is wheel chair accessible and friendly for elderly people as well as they don't need to climb any stairs.
The house is totally independent comprising of 3 big sized bedrooms with built in closets and a huge kitchen cum dining with induction based kitchen facilities with all utensils and dining sets plus fridge, washing machine, geyser ,inverter, free wifi , flat TV and a separate living room with TV and CCTV for security has been installed.
Daily cleaning is provided by the caretakers and grocery is available at the doorstep plus food could be ordered from nearby restaurants in Mall Road which do deliver at our premises.
