This is a residential house converted into a guesthouse. A typically Goan verandah is roofed with Mangalore tiles to enable guests to sit outside in their own private space and enjoy the property which is more than 1100 square metres in area bounded by a high wall and gate which is locked at night. Vegetables and fruit trees are planted around. CCTV is installed in public places. Market for vegetables, fish, meat, beverages, spirits, Pharmacy, 3 mini marts, etc all about 150 metres away within walking distance.
I am a teacher and my husband is a Chief Engineer Officer in the Navy. We have been hosting from last 9 years.
The neighbourhood is a typical Goan village ambience.
