It's a luxury 4000 sqft villa bunglaw with 10 BEDS 4 BEDROOMS and ideal for group booking and kitty functions and gettogethers Place is calm and quiet surrounded by greenery and fresh air and water all basic eminities are within reachable access .famous CHOTTANIKKARA DEVI TEMPLE 2.5 km and the historical mueseeum HILL PALACE OF RAJA is just 3 km distance .uber swiggy are also available .the nearest metro is tripunithura 4km .
Owner of the property is host .fluent in Hindi English malyalm and Russian language .doctor by profession and a passionate bajer and hobbies like gardening cooking and loves entertaining guests.very helpful and open personality and easy to deal.
Neighbourhood is calm and quiet in a cool and serene atmosphere
