Property Description: This lovely stone country house with swimming pool ( size : 6.20x 3,20 deep 140 ) is located in the hills between Lucca and the Versilian coastline. From this location most of the major Tuscan cities, famous for their art, are easily reachable by car for day trips. The stone walls, exposed beams, terracotta flooring and typical fire places create the authentic Tuscan atmosphere.Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. La Pieve is a three floor typical Tuscan country house. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and an old stone kitchen, fully equipped with the modern appliances. On the mezzanine there is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms. The second floor has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds also a bathroom with a shower.
