Large two-room apartment, self-heating and fully air-conditioned, consisting of living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom and large balcony. Located in a strategic area to visit the Varese area and to spend a night in view of the next flight, it is located a 5-minute walk from the Busto Arsizo Nord railway station and the city center. The station is strategic to reach Malpensa airport in 15 minutes and the center of Milan in 40 minutes. The living room has a desk where you can work, a queen-size sofa bed and a television with smart-TV where you can enjoy a good movie. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a clothes rack where you can wash and hang your clothes. The kitchen is equipped to prepare an excellent meal. In the bedroom there is a large walk-in closet where you can place your suitcases. The apartment is recommended for three people. It is not possible to park inside the courtyard, there are free parking spaces outside.
We are happy to welcome you in 21 house.
Near the house it is possible to walk to supermarkets, hairdressers, tobacconists, parks and the center of Busto Arsizio. A 5-minute walk away is the Ferrovie Nord station which connects to Malpensa Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (10 minutes) and to Milan (35 minutes) nearby there is also the Bus stop (line 2 and line 3) which connect to the station of the State Railways of Busto Arsizio. There are free parking spaces outside the courtyard of my home.
