● Guests will have access to the entire apartment. ● The property has paid private parking but it will not be available before end-November. Alternatively there are free car parking (outlined by white lines) or paid parking (blue lines) that are available on the streets nearby the apartment. Paid parking costs is cheap and has to be paid from 8am to 8pm. From 8pm to 8am and the whole day during holidays and weekends the car parking is free. ● The property is located on the 11th floor and is equipped with 3 elevators. ● The apartment is soundproofed and thermally insulated. ● The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a private terrace ● Check-in is automatic and flexible
I'm a young guy that loves to travel. I'm a field service engineer and I work abroad.
On the sides of the building there are two large shopping centers (one of which relates to the ferry terminal called "terminal traghetti"). There are restaurants and so many different shops. The bus stop is in front of the building while the metro stop is 500 meters away. Main train station "stazione principe" 4 minutes by car. Airport 10 minutes by car.
