Bright and spacious apartment surrounded by greenery, just a stone's throw from the wonders of Liguria and Tuscany. The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay: a double bedroom with a foldable single bed, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a hydromassage shower and built-in radio. Free Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels, heating, and a private entrance are all included. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a table and chairs — perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the scenic trails of the Cinque Terre.

The apartment is located just a few meters from the Vezzano Ligure train station, offering easy access to the Cinque Terre, Pisa, and Florence. It's also just 5 minutes from the highway junction (Vezzano Ligure exit, right before La Spezia). Right outside the house, you’ll find the stop for bus no. 11, which provides a direct connection to the center of La Spezia and Portovenere with no transfers needed. As the stop is close to the end of the line, the bus is often uncrowded, ensuring a comfortable ride even during peak season. For nature lovers, the area also offers scenic hiking trails leading directly to Portovenere, Vezzano Ligure, and other charming hilltop villages — perfect for those who enjoy walking and exploring.
