The structure is a 10-minute walk from the sea and the historic center, the two most visited areas of the city. Also a 10 minute walk from the station. Several supermarkets can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. In front of the building there is a playground for children and a dog area, as well as a bar and bakery. The apartments are very bright, the living area and the kitchen are communicating so you can stay in an open living area, habitable terraces accessible from the living area and bedrooms, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sun to the fullest. Kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine of which I always leave you a few capsules for your arrival, but also the classic moka, induction cooker with everything you need to make the most of the kitchen. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linens are offered by me for the first supply and there is the possibility of requesting an addition at a minimum price. There is also a drying rack, iron and ironing board, and a launderette in front of the building. Smart TV and Wi fi available. The building is also accessible by wheelchair, in fact from the street to the inside of the apartment it is possible not to encounter any obstacles such as steps, also thanks to the lift. We like to leave you even the minimum necessities such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee pods, soap, dishwashing liquid and if possible typical products for you to discover. In the apartment you will always find a book with various information that could be useful to you regarding the apartment, the city and its services.
A few years ago I decided to dedicate part of my days to this project. I call it this because I don't see it solely as a job, but as a great opportunity to grow, to meet people who come from all over the world, to often create bonds with them. What better feedback than seeing them return and staying in touch with them throughout the year.
